Grab your workout gear, a bottle of water and a towel and head to Saint James every Wednesday morning for our weekly fitness dance class for seniors, starting at 10 a.m. The class will be a fun way to get moving to the rhythm of Latin music. It will be a 45-minute class suitable for all ages and all physical abilities. Come wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and comfortable shoes that give you some support but don't have too much traction. After class, we'll have healthy snacks available, so stick around for a time of cool-down and fellowship. Then stick around a little longer, and join us for our noon Eucharist and Healing Service.
